[Vamos a Estudiar] strives to offer the best educational services, including Spanish courses but not limited to classes, workshops, study programs.

[Vamos a Estudiar] will not offer physical books (for the time being), as the classes and course topics will be made by the teacher during the class process.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice, with apologies.

We offer teachers who are native speakers and Filipino teachers who have lived in Latin America or not, who may have a teaching certificate or not, but who may have the desire to learn and improve their knowledge. We believe that our teachers will be of great help to you in your language learning.  [Vamos a Estudiar] hires teachers but does not take responsibility for the skills, knowledge and abilities they can provide in class. 

4. Enrollment and Payment

Students must complete the enrollment process and pay all associated fees before beginning any course or program.

Tuition fees are non-refundable after 7 days of course payment, unless otherwise specified in our cancellation terms.

The student will be able to change his/her class schedule according to the date and class availability as indicated by the official administrators of [¡Vamos a Estudiar!].

5. Student Conduct

Students must follow all rules and regulations set forth by [¡Vamos a Estudiar!].

All students must turn on their cameras during classes.

We reserve the right to suspend or expel any student who violates our rules of conduct.

Each student must have his or her own class materials at his or her convenience, we are not responsible for this. 

Each student should take notes for themselves if they wish to do so.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the website and the services offered by [Vamos a Estudiar] are the exclusive property of [Vamos a Estudiar].

It is prohibited to copy, modify or distribute any copyrighted material without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

[Let's Study] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.
